Bresca is a contemporary Parisian bistro showcasing techniques rooted in France but influenced by our regionality, carefully sourcing only the best ingredients from both the mid-atlantic & abroad. Building off the vibrant food scene of Paris’s Neo-bistro movement, Bresca displays an inspiring take on French cuisine in a relaxing environment. This enables our genuine approach to food & hospitality to shine.
Chef Ryan Ratino has built his skills in some of the country’s most lauded restaurants including the Michelin one-star restaurant Caviar Russe, Wylie Dufresne’s landmark for modernist cooking WD-50, as well as Dovetail NYC and minibar by Jose Andres. Ryan also helmed the kitchen of the renowned DC hot spot Ripple where he was awarded Rising Culinary Star of 2017 by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington (RAMW). At the age of 27 Ryan was among one of the youngest chefs in the US to receive a coveted Michelin Star.
Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.
The takeout option is $100/person to include food, tax and gratuity. Beverages are not included but may be available for purchase on-site during pickup.
