Serenata




Serenata is a full-service Latino cocktail experience crafting preeminent cocktails sourced and inspired by the many countries that make up the fabric of the rich Latin American heritage. Helmed by Chef Tatiana Mora, Serenata is located in La Cosecha, a contemporary market celebrating Latin American culture and conversation.

Tatiana Mora is an avid chef and sommelier who brings to Zumo and Serenata a distinct set of skills and passion for cooking built in the most authentic and prestigious kitchens in the Latin American and Caribbean region, Spain, and the United States. Known for her determination and unmatched culinary aptitudes, Mora worked as Head Chef of Hotel Bahia Principe in Cancun Mexico, and The Cliff Restaurant in Barbados which consequently encouraged her to open her own restaurants in her native Venezuela, Paprika and Yantar, restaurants that use modern techniques to marry European fusión with classic Venezuelan flavors.

Mora describes her cooking as thoughtful, simple and innovative with conscious approach and intention. At Zumo and Serenata, she looks to celebrate the bounties and flavors of Latin America and transport guests through a palatable journey of authentic bites and delights that highlight the essence of the region.


The takeout option is $150 for 2 people to include food, tax and gratuity. Beverages are not included but may be available for purchase on-site during pickup.
